Two days on the conditions and causes for good judgement, vision and leadership: the three things that determine whether your strategy reaches the people who have to deliver it. Grounded in behavioural science and 25+ years inside the world's most complex organisations.

Why now?

Same tools, different results. Every organisation has access to the same technology. The returns are nowhere near as evenly distributed.

BCG's AI Radar 2026 surveyed 2,360 executives across 16 markets.

%

Nearly nine in ten CEOs saw some benefit from their AI investment. Only a quarter could point to significant value.

MIT researchers reached the same conclusion from another direction: the gap isn't in the models. It's in the execution.

Which makes the variance something specific: the distance between deciding something and the organisation actually delivering it.

That distance is human. Someone translates the strategy into the judgement calls a middle manager makes on a Tuesday. Someone gets a team to commit before the evidence is complete. Someone names the blockage everyone has been working around for a year.

Brain capital is what closes the distance.

It's the thinking capacity of your people, treated as an asset rather than a fixed quality. Judgement under ambiguity. Vision people will actually follow. The ability to hold a complex problem open long enough to make a better decision, not just a faster one. Like any asset, it can be measured, invested in, or left to depreciate.

Brain capital is the multiplier on your technology investments. Good technology pointed at weak judgement produces poor decisions faster. The same technology pointed at sharp judgement compounds. Which is why two organisations with the same tools and comparable budgets end up in very different places.

It's also the one thing a competitor can't just go out and buy. It has to be built.

What you'll leave with

A clear read on your own decision-making patterns, including the ones costing you most

Five working sessions you'll have applied to a live problem before you leave

A method for turning strategy into the daily judgement calls your people make

Clarity on the gap between the culture you have and the one your strategy requires

Tools you can run with your team, so the capability spreads past you

Three months of Neuro+, our AI coaching companion, to hold the change in place after you leave. Optional, GDPR-compliant, and your data stays yours.

Who this is for

Leaders challenged by something specific and unresolved. An organisation that is busy but blocked. A team that isn't performing and the reason isn't obvious. A person you need to reach and can't. A decision about where to focus that keeps not getting made.

Most people arrive having already tried other solutions. A framework that was too neat. A program that stayed theoretical. Advice that made sense in the room.

Bring the real thing. You'll work on it across the two days alongside people with similar challenges.

Sending leaders rather than attending?

Many of our participants are nominated by their CHRO or executive sponsor. If leadership capability is the constraint on your strategy, talk to us about seats for your top team, or an in-house edition of the program.

The two days

A small, deliberately mixed room: the people who set strategy and the people who make it land. CHROs and CEOs alongside the practitioners who build capability inside their organisations, because the gap this program closes lives between those levels. Live challenges you bring with you, and facilitators working alongside you rather than presenting at you.

Titles in the room vary more than you might expect. What everyone shares is the calibre of the problem they bring.

We’ll have a short conversation with you before we accept your booking to keep the room deliberate – every place is curated, including limited sponsored scholarship seats for emerging leaders.

Day one goes inward.

How you think, decide, and hold your judgement together under pressure.

Day two goes outward.

How you build the same capacity across a team and an organisation.

You'll work on problems you walked in with and leave with a clear plan to tackle them.
